Why Gaelic 4 Mothers & Others ?

The promotion of Gaelic 4 Mothers has brought a new dimension to the club which has reaped the significant benefits of having a Gaelic4Mothers team.

The ladies have integrated fully into the club and have supported Saval G.A.C. throughout the year at the various fund raising events, most notably  the Saval Festival and the Annual 10k.

As one mum said “We would never have dreamt that we would be able to participate in such events before training commenced, but the Gaelic 4 Mothers has improved our fitness, our health and got us out playing with our children,"

On the coaching side 12 mums attended an Ulster GAA Games for all coaching workshop and many are considering taking on other coaching courses.

This augurs well for the club’s future development.

G4M is not all about football, it is very much social as well and we have a team of ladies who enjoy “their time” away to training  and games.

What next for Saval Gaelic 4 Mothers & Others?
